    The lady that served me was very rude. Will never go back there. Could not beleive it. Not sure how they're still in business with her poor customer service.

    Christmas Eve day and the lady(owner) is belittling her employee in front of customers because he was unsure of how to give a refund. She is very rude and makes customers feel like they are wasting her time. Even if she is having severe financial difficulties, she should not be nasty to customers about it. Worth driving to Sarnia.

    I can't give negative stars so 1 star will have to do. The woman that owns and works there is the nastiest person I have ever met. She is consistently ignorant and mean to customers. She speaks to and treats people like they are dirt under her feet (this is based on personal experience and MANY friends' accounts). Prices are more expensive than in town but it's only a 12 minute drive... in town I go. We will never go back and will now go out of our way to condemn this store every chance we get

    The owner is unbelievable rude and unhelpful. Today she made me feel like I unconvienced her by asking a question. Spoken to some friends about this and they all have had similar experiences. Will never go back!
